I am from a small village in the south of India. It’s a very green place. The land is fertile and the people are hard working and simple.
I came to Japan with my parents a bit after Emperor Hirohito passed away and the present Emperor Emeritus took reign. Japan has changed much since them. My long association with Japan has been very interesting. I have spent a significant part of my life in Japan and seems like I am here for some time to come, though I miss my home, the language, the food, culture and the soil. A lot can happen over 3 decades and thought my experiences could help others.
